Artist Bio

Abby Broussard is an artist living and working in Austin, Texas. She holds a BFA in Communication Design with an emphasis in Illustration from Texas State University in San Marcos.

While attending Texas State, she took several courses in printmaking, and fell in love with screen printing. Her screen prints use the reduction screen printing method and are stenciled by hand using screen filler.

Additionally, she enjoys creating new paintings. Her paintings incorporate various aspects of printmaking. She uses original linoleum cuts in her artwork.

Abby Broussard is currently working out of her garage studio to create new screen prints and paintings.
